About Us
An 8th generation Floridian, Jason Hiatt grew up in the construction business, working for his father’s framing business from a young age. At 19 years of age, he began his apprenticeship with respected local home builder, Derrick Koger of Derrick Builders, and went on to become his lead project manager overseeing the construction of many fine residences throughout Central Florida. In 2008, with 11 years of experience building large, luxury homes under his belt, Jason ventured out to start his own construction business, taking on residential and commercial projects. Then came Hiatt Development Company. Now Equipped with multiple years of experience, Jason Hiatt has build a team that is taking his construction business to the next level. Now focusing on very specific and Custom work such as Specialty Window and Door Installations all over Central Florida.
